Kayla Howard is the fearless, unconventional, forward-thinking founder and CEO of Common Denominators University. She was a High School Special Education math teacher and curriculum writer in one of Arizona's largest school districts and currently serves in the capacity of Educational Consultant. She has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education 1-8 and Special Education K-12 and a Master's in Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has over 12 combined years of professional experience working with students in elementary, middle and high school settings. Additionally, she is a full-time, single parent of four children with disabilities including Autism, ADHD, DMDD, anxiety and adjustment disorder. Her education, combined with her personal and professional experience and enthusiasm is why she is well-positioned for success in the booming virtual tutoring industry.
